The United Church of Marco Island began in 1968 and has been a thriving and exciting place of worship ever since! We strive to be a beacon of light, and a place where people can find hope and healing. Whether you are here for a few months or you call this place home year round, we have a place for you here! We can't wait to meet you!

Statement of Faith

The United Church of Marco Island is more than a denomination or set of beliefs but we are not less than this. What this means is that, although we do have a history that is bound to certain denominational/congregational families of faith, we believe that in the essentials of the faith we will be unwavering, while in the non-essentials of the faith we will be charitable.

Congregational Christians are united by a shared faith in Christ, a deep respect for Scripture, and the freedom of conscience guided by the Holy Spirit. We value diversity, spiritual equality, local church autonomy, and voluntary covenant within the wider fellowship of the church. (For more information, please click here)

At the United Church of Marco Island, you will find folks who realize we are in need of a Savior, understand that this Savior is Jesus, and seek to know Him through His Word all while sharing His love through acts of service to our local community and beyond.
