MISSIONS
At United Church of Marco Island, Mission is a part of who we are as a church.
From the beginning, we have always sought opportunities to engage with the world around us, supporting those in need in creative and impactful ways.
We place great emphasis on Jesus' command to "Go and make disciples of all nations..." and we seek to accomplish this in Marco Island and beyond! Church members also participate in “hands-on” missions by volunteering at many of our local mission partners - Our Daily Bread Food Pantry, Camp Able, Habitat for Humanity, and our own Bargain Basket, to name a few) - demonstrating our Faith In Action.
How would you like to be involved?
In addition to demonstrating our Faith in Action, the United Church of Marco Island is proud to support local missions each year!
Each year, our Missions Committee considers local organizations to receive a grant through our annual budget and special offerings throughout the year. If your organization would like to be considered for a Grant, please fill out the form below:

United Church of Marco Island Mission Committee
On behalf of UCMI and the Bargain Basket, the Missions Committee proudly continues to support those in need—both within our community and beyond. We are especially grateful to everyone who contributed to this year’s Easter offering, which raised $25,000 to help Pacific Palisades Presbyterian Church in California rebuild after significant damage. Please watch the video below to see the impact of the fires. God bless all who made this possible.
